5. Failed, Declined, or Incomplete Payments
If a payment is declined or fails to process, your order will not be confirmed and no charge will be applied. Common causes include insufficient funds, incorrect card details, or your bank’s fraud-prevention systems flagging the transaction. Please verify your details or contact your card issuer before attempting payment again.
6. Pre-Authorization Holds
In some cases, your bank may place a temporary authorization hold on your account when you place an order. This is not a charge and will be released automatically by your bank within a few business days if the order does not proceed.
7. Billing Information Accuracy
You are responsible for ensuring the billing information provided at checkout is accurate and matches your payment method. Incorrect billing details may result in payment delays or order cancellation.
8. Refunds
Approved refunds, in accordance with our Returns Policy, are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
9. Currency & VAT for International Orders
